Report Bugs / Make a Wish
Sorting by state would be much more helpfull.
Is there a way to sort the 10am shows before the 1pm shows on a particular day. Is the database picking up presales as well as public sales or are you working on that??? I like the layout -- I'm sure there will be a few glitches until things get worked out.
Old format was much easier to view. New format is too squished together. Also, the old format was easier to find previous presales.
I must say the old format was easier to go through. State sort would be great. What happened to the RSS Feed? What about past days announcements? Also, overall, the site load time
You guys really screwed up changing your site. it is no longer user friendly. Bad choice. Takes much longer to look through the site, should be able to look at a geographical area in seconds, not minutes w/lots of scrolling. Gotta look elsewhere for the info now.
I have one quick comment/suggestion. I used to like the option of posting on each day's presale/onsale list. This allowed for people to post missing presale passwords or events that the site was missing.

One of the things that irks me about the presale passwords is that the date of the event is not listed, only the presale date. I was hoping this would be available on the newly formatted site, but alas, it's not there.
Hi, I do have one WISH/REQUEST. This might be because of the language used to write the website, but I used to be able to go through the presales/onsales of the day on my phone. Since the website changed, I can see the website just fine, however, I can't see the page change at the bottom of the list (so I am not able to change to page 2, 3, 4, etc). Again, I don't know if this is something you can fix, but if you know why that part of the website doesn't show up on a cellphone browser, I'd appreciate the change.
As for what Anne said. I agree that it'd be nice if the event date was listed, however, I understand that that'd be a slippery slope since there's quite a few other things that it's be nice if you'd show for each concert (date, ticket price range).
